Roland Millennium Pathway

A ¾ of a mile walk taking you from the heart of the community, thru park land and prairie, to the site of the world-famous Giant Pumpkin. The idea for this project originated from community suggestions for a Millennium Project to celebrate the year 2000. A volunteer committee worked diligently to create this public walking path which features informative markers at a number of historic locations in the town.
