Library Memberships
The RM of Roland Council has approved to cover up to $50.00 of 2020 membership fees at both the Boyne Regional Library (Carman) and the South Central Library (Winkler) for the residents of the RM.

If you would like to be reimbursed for your library membership fees for 2020, please pay for the fees yourself, and then show proof of purchase (receipt) to the RM of Roland office.
